- Seasonings – We keep things simple, using salt, garlic powder, and McCormick chipotle roasted garlic seasoning for a hint of spice.
🧂 How to Make Baked Boneless Chicken Breast Recipe for Meal Prep
Before you begin, preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and grease it lightly with cooking oil.
- Season. Season the chicken on both sides. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake. Transfer the seasoned chicken breasts to the oven, and bake until it’s no longer pink.
