Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease with cooking oil spray.
Cooking spray
Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, and lightly spray them with cooking oil.
5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
Sprinkle the seasonings evenly on both sides of the chicken pieces.
2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 2 teaspoons McCormick chipotle roasted garlic seasoning or to taste*
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Rest for 10-15 minutes.
Slice the chicken, portion it into meal prep containers, and store for later. Getcha some of that!
Notes
*Feel free to use any seasonings or sauces you like best. Storage: - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. - Freeze cooked and cooled chicken for up to 3-6 months. - Thaw frozen chicken in the fridge overnight. Serve cold, or warm in the microwave, air fryer, oven, or skillet.
