Baked Meal Prep Chicken Breast Recipe

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • Cooking spray
  • 5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick chipotle roasted garlic seasoning or to taste*

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease with cooking oil spray.

  • Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet, and lightly spray them with cooking oil.
    5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Sprinkle the seasonings evenly on both sides of the chicken pieces.
    2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 2 teaspoons McCormick chipotle roasted garlic seasoning or to taste*
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken, portion it into meal prep containers, and store for later. Getcha some of that!

Notes

*Feel free to use any seasonings or sauces you like best. 
Storage: 
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. 
- F
reeze cooked and cooled chicken for up to 3-6 months.
- Thaw frozen chicken in the fridge overnight. Serve cold, or warm in the microwave, air fryer, oven, or skillet.
