Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the zucchini in a single layer, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Add the garlic, and increase the heat to medium.

Cook 1-2 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant and most of the liquid is evaporated.
Notes
Storage:
Transfer leftovers to an airtight container, and store in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or in a skillet over medium heat.
