Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup (40 grams) rolled oats or quick oats
  • ¼ cup grated carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon walnuts chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a large mason jar.

  • Whisk to combine.
  • Cover, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  • Stir, add toppings of choice, and getcha some of that!

Notes

Storage: Stored in an airtight container, leftovers will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.
